WELCOME HOME ELI!!!

Eli was released from the hospital yesterday morning! We were able to get him in his own clothes, take him off all his cords and monitors and bring him to Grandma Shaunas house. It was so nice to hear the doctor say, "There is no reason for him to be here anymore" and to walk out the door of that hospital knowing we did not have to see him there anymore. We are so thankful to the doctors and especially the NICU nurses who gave him love and care and got him strong enough to come home. Annica is so excited to have him here and has a hard time not touching him. She tries to share EVERYTHING with him, so we have to watch her close... but she is already such a good and loving big sister. We will be in Idaho before too long. Though I am not really feeling like sharing him yet (hee hee) and his is very small and fragile so it may be a few days or more before we open up the doors to visitors. Thanks again for all your prayers and support. We are excited that we have a new baby boy... WELCOME HOME ELI!!

Here is our goodbye to Memorial Hospital... pretty cool looking place but we are glad to be gone :-)
